Victoria has worked in the education and technology industry for more than 16 years. She is the founder and CEO of Second Avenue Software, Inc., an award-winning educational game studio that has been producing educational games and interactives for over 12 years. Second Avenue’s products have over 30 million play-throughs of science games and simulations in 31 countries. The studio partnered with RIT and The Strong this year to provide the level of polish and professional code required to make “The Original Mobile Games” app across several commercial platforms.

Prior to founding Second Avenue, Victoria was a teacher at the middle school, high school and college levels. She has served as the principal investigator for multiple Department of Education and National Science Foundation grants and is an active reviewer for National Science Foundation SBIR grants. As an Ed-Tech leader, Victoria is a sought-after speaker and author.

Victoria currently serves on the Boards of The Rochester Museum and Science Center, The Vertus Charter High School, and the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation. She is the Co-founder and Acting President of the Digital Game Industry Association of Rochester (DGIA).  Victoria received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her master’s degree from New York University. She resides in Pittsford, NY with her family.
